Easing and stabilising the muscles can reduce problems such as headaches, postural muscle pain, low back pain, plantar fasciitis and sciatic nerve pain. Myofascial cupping relieves fascial tension and stimulates your lymphatic system. Hot stone massage will decrease your cortisol levels (stress hormone) and activate your parasympathetic nervous system, allowing your body to enter the rest and digest response and elevating your mood . You will leave feeling relaxed, rested and re-energised.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or re-schedule your appointment, please notify by phone or text on 0448 233 722 at least 48 hours before your appointment time. Cancellations less than 48 hours before appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 24 hours before appointment will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
